In 1992 Emmanuel Community Care Center was established as an advocacy center to work with people in the Girard, Ohio area who experience hard times. These are some of our services:

The Center provides a two-year transitional housing program to help homeless families and individuals recover from homelessness and become self-sufficient. Currently the Center houses five homeless women and their children.

The Center is in need of the following items:

  • dressers
  • tables
  • beds
  • mattresses
  • use of a truck for deliveries
  • cleaning supplies and paper products
